Carrot Bars

Lisa Stueber - St. Louis recipe

4 beaten eggs

2 tsp baking soda

2 cups sugar

3 small jars carrot baby food

1 1/2 cups salad oil

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp salt

2 1/2 cup flour

Mix all ingredients together, put in a 10 x 15 greased and floured (or use parchment paper) pan. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes.

Frosting:

3 1/2 cups powdered sugar

3-4 oz cream cheese

1/2 cup butter

2 tsp vanilla
