Lemon Dump Cake


Lisa Stueber - Myrtle Beach recipe

1 box lemon jello

1 box cake mix

4 eggs

2/3 cup water

2/3 cup oil

1 Tbsp lemon extract

Preheat oven to 350.

Grease and flour cake pan.

Dump all ingredients together in bowl and beat for 3 minutes.

Pour into cake pan.

Bake at 350 for 35 minutes.

Glaze:

Juice of one lemon

2/3 cup confectioners sugar

Beat lemon juice and confectioners sugar together. Pour on cake after it cools slightly.
