Main Street Salad


Alicia Gauss

Creamy Balsamic Vinagrette

2 T. Chopped onion

1/4 carrot, chopped

1/2 celery rib, chopped

1 clove garlic

2 T. sugar

1/4 cup aged balsamic vinegar

3/4 cup olive oil

salt to taste

Puree first 6 ingredients in food processor. If possible, drizzle in oil while machine is running.

Salad

Spring mix greens

Bacon - Cooked and crumbled

Feta cheese

Parmesan cheese

Candied walnuts

dried cranberries (can use walnut cranberry mix if you can find it in the produce section)
