Crunchy Chicken Dinner

2 cups crushed tortilla chips
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/8 tsp. paprika
5 chicken breasts

Place crushed chips and seasonings in a large plastic bag. Shake well and set aside. Rinse chicken thoroughly in warm water. Coat by placing pieces, one at a time in the tortilla mixture bag and shaking well until covered. Place chicken in a lightly greased 9 X 13 pan. Bake at 375 for 60 minutes.

Noah, being the picky eater that he is, wasn't thrilled about this dish. Next time it's on the family menu, he would like to try using Doritos.

We tried this recipe with Doritos tonight. Loved it!! It was much better then the original recipe!
