Adapted from Rachel Ray
Broken spaghetti pieces
1/2 cup white wine
diced onions (1 small)
pressed garlic (3 cloves)
1T. Olive oil
1T. butter
Chicken stock (water down to stretch it out)
Medium Heat
1. Saute onions in butter. Add olive oil and garlic. Saute 2 more minutes.
2. Add broken spaghetti pieces. Saute until golden brown.
3. Add wine. Stir until absorbed.
4. Add stock one ladel at a time until spaghetti is cooked.
5. Stir in addtional butter and parmesan cheese to taste.
