Italian Beef

Shaved Roast Beef (from your deli counter)
2 packages zesty dry italian seasoning (the kind in the salad dressing section)
2-4 garlic cloves, pressed
1 box low sodium beef broth
water
French Rolls (Turano brand is what we use)

1. Combine beef broth, italian seasoning, and garlic in crock pot
2. Add shaved roast beef (amount: 3 lbs will feed 10-15)
3. Add water to cover beef as needed
4. Keep crock pot on low.
Hint: Don't ever put broth on high with the meat in, but if you need to heat it quicker you can heat the broth and seasoning on high and add the meat after it is warm. If the broth is too hot, the meat will get tough.
Serve on the french rolls with sweat roasted peppers or giardinera.
