Poppy Seed Chicken

Becky Lowe (Lincoln Friend)

4 Chicken breasts (I usu. cook more) boil 40 min. and shred/cut up fine with fork/knife

8 oz. Sour cream

1 can Cream of Chicken Soup

8 oz. bag finely shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese

Poppy Seeds (a few 2? Tablespoons or so)

Combine the above in 9x13 casserole dish

Top with:

1 sleeve Ritz crackers - crushed

1 Stick butter (or a little less)

Combine these and sprinkle on top.

Bake at 375 for 45 min. or so
