Crab Rangoon


Aunt Bev (Matt's Aunt)
 
1 pkg. cream cheese (room temp)
1 pkg. imitation crab meat
2 Tablespoons Ranch dressing
2 stems of green onion chopped
l or 2 pkg. wonton wrapper
2 egg yolks 
 
I mixed the ingredients, put a scant Tablespoon on wrapper and fried in oil for just about a minute or a little longer  They quckly got done.  I am thinking that I used the egg yolk as the sealer for the wonton.
