8 to 12 oz bow-tie pasta
1 jar Ragu alfredo sauce
1 bag frozen carrot/cauliflower/broccoli blend
chicken breast (optional)
If cooking chicken breasts, bake in oven, then follow directions below. I usually cut up leftover chicken breast and warm in microwave.
Cook pasta according to package directions. Warm sauce in small saucepan (you can add a little milk to make it go further.)
At the same time, cook frozen vegetables on stovetop or in microwave. At this point, you can mix all together (pasta, sauce, vegetables, and cut up chicken) or if you have picky eaters like me, everyone can serve their plate to their liking.
