Southern Salsa

Southern Salsa
2 avocados peeled and chopped
1 can hominy - drained (found in the canned veg. aisle)
1 can black eyed peas - drained
1 can black beans - rinsed & drained
1 small can chopped black olives
1 small can chopped jalapenos (chopped green chilies also work instead..just depends how spicy you want it)
1 bunch green onion chopped
2-3 diced tomatoes (or small cherry tomatoes cut in half)
1 bottle Robusto Italian Dressing (Wishbone)

It tastes better the longer it sits, so better to make it the night before if possible.
