Turkey Burgers

1 Tbsp mustard

1 Tbsp preserves

1 egg (beaten)

1/4 cup oatmeal (not instant)

1/4 cup celery

2 Tbsp dried cherries

1 lb turkey

Mix all ingredients together. Shape into patties. If grilling, use foil.

We use grape jelly for the preserves and add two chopped green onions. I have no problem using instant oatmeal. Also, excellent with grilled pinapple on the top!
