Hash Brown Potato Casserole

1 stick margarine +1/2 stick

1 can cream of chicken soup

1- 16 oz carton sour cream

1-32 oz pkg hash browns

salt & pepper

onions chopped

2 cups cubed or shredded cheese

Melt margarine in 9x13 pan. Add soup, sour cream, hash browns, salt & pepper, onions, and cheese. Stir all together. Top with ½ stick margarine, cut up. Put bread crumbs or cornflakes or potato chips crumbed on top. Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350.
